How To Order

When you click on an Order button, you will be taken to the website of 2CheckOut, website reseller with the highest security technology. Most credit cards are accepted. If you wish to return to OliviaCarlin.com before finalizing your order, just click on the "Continue Shopping" button.

When you place an order for accessories only, your order will ship within two business days of the authorization of your credit card. When you place an order for a purse you are commissioning a wearable work of art. Business manager Laura Vestanen will telephone you within one business day to talk with you about the target delivery date and other details. Your credit card will be charged for a deposit of $500 only. When your minaudiere is ready, you will be directed to a special Finalize Order webpage with link to 2CheckOut to make your final payment. The purse is shipped to you within one business day of verifying your identity and authorizing your payment.

All amounts are listed as US Dollars. Amounts will be adjusted for Canadian currency.

Shipping fees and taxes
All shipments are made to addresses in the United States and Canada only.

Purses are shipped via FedEx or UPS
Someone must sign in person for receipt of a package. A delivery slip may not be signed that allows the package to be left at the doorstep because insurance may not cover in the event of theft at a doorstep. No deliveries may be made to post office box or convenience rental box addresses. Once a package containing a purse is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.

Accessory orders are sent via registered USPS Priority Mail to US addresses and by International First Class mail to Canadian addresses. Sales tax will be charged on all orders with a delivery address within the state of Washington.

Additional information for Canadians
Client is responsible for all Canadian brokerage fees and taxes (HST/GST/PST). UPS or FedEx will collect the brokerage fee and taxes from you when they deliver your order. Accessories will be sent to Canada via UPS ground.

Returns and exchanges
Purses and accessories may be returned for refund but the item(s) must be sent back within 5 business days. Partial returns (such as only some of the items in an accessory ensemble) are not permitted. Your purse refund will include the deposit amount. Original packaging materials must be used and paperwork must be included. Returns must be preauthorized before shipment. To obtain a return authorization number, please telephone or email us. We will email or fax to you a prepaid FedEx or UPS label with your return authorization number. Returns via other means or sent past the 5-day limit will be refused. The refund amount will be issued to the original credit card number used. Confirmation will be sent via email from 2CheckOut.com Canadian customs brokerage fees may not be refunded. It is up to the Canadian customer to achieve the refund of sales tax.

Privacy
Your email address is collected when you submit an order. Your information will never be shared, sold, or reused in lists, or be used for any other purpose. We will telephone you only regarding specific orders you have placed. We will never telephone you for solicitation. We contact the FBI if we discover any unauthorized use of your credit card account. Please never send us your credit card information in an email or fax to us.
